Inclement Weather Policy
During severe weather conditions, customers should plan additional time for their travels to their TRE stations. Customers should take extra care in walking through parking lots and on platforms that might have icy spots. Winter extreme weather conditions may cause unavoidable service delays. Thank you for your patience during these situations.
Plan Ahead During Severe Weather Conditions
When a severe storm is forecast or hits, we suggest that TRE customers pay close attention to weather reports and travel advisories. The TRE plans regular train schedules during severe weather conditions. Winter precipitation and extreme summer heat, both, can cause unexpected service delays. Customers should call The T or DART Customer Information Center for current service information.
