Ride TRE to the State Fair
TRE will operate special weekend schedules during the 2026 State Fair of Texas (see schedules below). The State Fair of Texas is open from Friday, September 25 through Sunday, October 18.

TRE passengers can easily transfer to the Green Line at Victory Station. The fairgrounds are connected to two DART Rail Green Line stations — Fair Park, located on Parry Avenue at the entrance to the fairgrounds, and MLK, Jr., located south of R.B. Cullum Blvd. and convenient to the Gate 6 entrance and the Cotton Bowl Stadium.
Departure times of the last TRE train to Fort Worth:
— Monday-Thursday: 10:45 p.m. from EBJ Union Station and 10:51 p.m. from Victory Station (Last Green Line train to connect to the last TRE train from Victory Station Monday through Thursday is 10:18 p.m. from MLK, Jr. Station and 10:21 p.m. from Fair Park Station.)
— Friday: 12:15 a.m. from EBJ Union Station and 12:19 a.m. from Victory Station (Last Green Line train to connect to the last TRE train from Victory Station Fridays is 11:48 p.m. from MLK, Jr. Station and 11:51 p.m. from Fair Park Station.)
— Saturdays and Sundays during the fair: 11:35 p.m. from EBJ Union Station and 11:39 p.m. from Victory Station. (Last Green Line train to connect to the last TRE train from Victory Station weekends is 11:08 p.m. from MLK, Jr. Station and 11:11 p.m. from Fair Park Station.) How to Ride TRE
1. Go to the station. TRE rail stations feature connections to other transit services and many offer Park & Ride facilities (please refer to the individual station pages to view more information about parking).
2. Buy your ticket. You must have valid fare to board the train. Learn more about fares here.

The schedules shown above will operate Sundays, Sept. 27, Oct. 4, 11 and 18. Note: TRE LINK from CentrePort/DFW Airport Station will not operate on special event Sundays. Important: For the Allstate Red River Rivalry on Saturday, October 10, TRE passengers have two options for transferring: 1. Transfer to the Green Line train at Victory Station to complete your trip to the fairgrounds OR 2. Transfer to a shuttle bus at Victory Station to continue your trip to the fairgrounds.
Note: Extra Green Line trains will run between Victory Station and Lawnview Station beginning approximately three hours prior to the game and continuing until approximately three hours after the game. During that timeframe, Green Line trains will run approximately every five to 10 minutes.
After the game, remember to go back to the station where you arrived to return to your starting location. If you arrived by bus, DART will have buses available for your return trip along Parry Ave. in front of Fair Park Station.
