Events
Both Tarrant and Dallas County are packed with things to do and destinations to visit. Weekday and Saturday events at American Airlines Center in Dallas are served by regularly scheduled eastbound and westbound train trips. Events at Dickies Arena, Fort Worth Stockyards, and Bass Performance Hall in Fort Worth are also served by regularly scheduled eastbound and westbound trips via bus connection at Fort Worth Central Station.
Dallas Stars and Dallas Mavericks: A westbound train will depart Victory Station (AA Center) 20 minutes after the end of ALL Dallas Stars and Dallas Mavericks games that begin after 6:00 p.m., Monday – Saturday. These trains will be noted on the events schedule below with this designation: (+20)
Note: On non-AAC event nights, TRE will operate all trains per the published public timetable.

The Bill Pickett Invitational Rodeo is the longest-running Black Rodeo in the U.S. and was founded in 1984 by Lu Vason., it was born of the need to give Black cowboys a platform and has kept these traditions alive, developed the next generation of rodeo stars and brought the sport of rodeo to a new generation of fans. The rodeo is currently produced by Valeria Vason-Cunningham.

Built in 1908 the Cowtown Coliseum is the home of the worlds first indoor rodeo. The Stockyards Championship rodeo features timed events such as tie-down roping, breakaway roping, team roping and barrel racing. Plus, exciting rough stock events including bull riding, bronc riding, bareback and ranch saddle bronc riding. Kids under 12 can participate in the Calf or Mutton Scramble by signing up at the main entrance when the doors open.
